Terms and Conditions

1. One Card Per Customer: Each person may only purchase or redeem one $100 gift card. Multiple purchases or redemptions by the same individual are not permitted.

2. Right to Decline: 1000704750 ONTARIO INC. (Sugarless.Kitchen) reserves the right to decline the use of any gift card deemed unacceptable, improperly used, or obtained in violation of this policy. In such cases, the $10 payment will be refunded.

3. Limited Availability: This promotion is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. The number of gift cards available for this promotion is limited to 300.

4. Promotion End Date: This offer will conclude on December 31, 2024, or once all 300 cards have been sold, whichever comes first.

5. Gift Card Expiration: All $100 gift cards issued under this promotion will expire on January 31, 2024, if not redeemed. Unused balances will not carry over, and no refunds will be issued for unused amounts.

6. Delivery Area Restriction: Please be advised that we can only deliver to specified areas within the Greater Toronto area. The card cannot be used for deliveries outside these areas.

7. No Cash Value: These gift cards are redeemable solely as credit toward the Sugarless Low Carb Weekly Meal Plan (10 meals or more). They hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

8. New Clients Only: Only new clients are eligible to apply for this gift card promotion.

9. No Combination with Other Offers: This gift card cannot be used in combination with other offers or promotions.

Non-qualifying cards will be cancelled and refunded if not used before the expiration date.
