Founder’s Story

Why I Started Sugarless.Cafe​

Back in 2014, I was diagnosed with diabetes. My blood sugar was dangerously high, and doctors told me I’d need to stay on medication for life.

Instead of giving up, I started researching nutrition and experimenting with low-carb and keto meals. To deepen my knowledge, I studied under the renowned Dr. Eric Berg and became a certified health coach through his program.

Through consistent lifestyle changes and carefully designed meals, I was able to bring my blood sugar back to normal — without relying on medication.

That journey inspired me to create Sugarless: meals that are not just scientifically low-carb, but also genuinely delicious and satisfying.
